藝術家的作品靈感來自於鄉間稻熟時、交錯田野間的驅鳥裝置，眾多不同的裝置聚集在一起，像是一個自然的大型地景藝術嘉年華。其中，藝術家特別喜歡交錯縱橫的驅鳥帶，它們在陽光下閃爍著耀眼的淋漓波光，充滿超現實的想像空間。

這件作品的材質，是台南在地廠商生產的彩虹膜（Rainbow Film）。它是一種特殊的塑膠薄膜，在不同的角度會映射出不同的色光。裝置橫跨在信義橋周邊水面上，在白天夜晚，隨著風、光線與觀眾的視角，色彩變化不定。

The artist is inspired by the bird repellent on the field during rice crop harvest. With various devices, the large scale landscape of natural festival is presented. The artist especially likes the bird repellent belts that shine under the sun filled with the ultra-realistic imagination space.

The material of this artwork uses rainbow film produced by a local manufacturer in Tainan, a very special plastic film reflects different colors at different angles. Installed on the water surface around Xinyi Bridge, during both day and night time, colors change according to wind, light ray, and the viewing angles.
