這件動態影像作品，來自於台南真實城市空間中的夜晚光芒――各式各樣的閃爍招牌。藝術家先拍下招牌形狀，再將它們抽像解析、製作為各種代表性的幾何圖形與色塊，然後安置於月津港水面。這等於是讓觀眾從高處（曲橋上）俯瞰城市的光芒與速度，試著辨識城市文明所構成的外在景觀。城市的快速感有時會產生人際之間的距離，這幅作品藉由影像的翻轉，將城市意象化為水平鏡面，或能讓觀者產生感知上的變化，重新詮釋台南的另一片「天」。

This artwork of dynamic image is inspired by the night light of the real city space in Tainan, the shiny signage. The artist first photographed the shape of signage and then decomposed and analyzed it to produce symbolic shapes and colors before placing the signage on the water surface of Yuejing Port. Visitors thus are able to overlook the city’s light and pace from Twist Bridge and try to identify the outer landscape composed by city civilization. The quick pace of the city sometimes isolates people. This artwork uses the image to transform the city into the smooth mirror surface; this may create sensory changes of the visitors and allow them to re-interpret the alternative “space” of Tainan.
