今年的展區由鹽水信義路的信義橋，往南榮科技大學方向擴展。橫亙在河域中的信義路，恰恰扮演了連結與指引方向的角色。因此藝術家使用特別訂製的大尺寸鏡面亮片球作為媒材，與馬路的紅綠燈控制器相互串聯。
 

當紅燈亮起、行人穿越馬路時，會變色的LED燈即會啟動、照射鏡面亮片球。亮片球反射的璀璨光點灑落在馬路上，瞬間將馬路變成狂歡派對的現場。綠燈時光束則消失，不會影響行車安全。熱鬧歡樂的燈光，也同時揭示燈會的另一場夜宴即將啟程。

This year’s exhibition area expands from Xinyi Bridge on Xinyi Rd. to Nan Jeon University of Science and Technology. Xinyi Rd. across the river plays the role of connection and direction instruction. Thus, the artists use specially customized large dimension glitter ball as the media to connect with the controller of traffic light on the road.

When the pedestrians walk across the road on the red right, the color changeable LED light is then switched on to reflect the light of glitter ball on the road. Suddenly, the road is converted into the scene of joyful party. The light disappears after the traffic light turns green. There has been no concern for safety. The joyful party light at the same time marks the beginning of another evening festival.
