作品所在之處通往橋南老街, 清朝時街上的南管「清平社」即風光一時。藝術家因此創作了塑膠管樹狀裝置, 訪客可經由水管兩端對話。藉由訪客的互動, 完成了「鹽水夜宴圖」的「聽樂」。
且曲橋邊綠榕成陰，微風吹送輕響，兼有蟲鳴鳥叫, 正是月津八景之「里仁松濤」。這件會發聲的作品也呼應了此景。
松飆驀地起橋東,靜聽渾如海嘯同,朝捲虯技鳴夜月,濤翻雲葉撼秋空,
蕭蕭影漾千重浪,稷稷聲含萬壑風,徒倚西窗傾耳處,文瀾增壯蕩胸中。
The Curving Alley locates the place leads to the Ciaonan Street. The Nanguan, southern pipe instrument band, “Qingping Club” on the street was once thrived in Qing Dynasty. Tsai creates the tree-shaped plastic pipes devices, so people can talk through both ends of the pipes. By visitors’ interaction, it completes the “Music Appreciation” part of Yenshui Night Festival Portrait.
Nevertheless, the banyan trees shade the bridge, the wind breezes gently and the birds tweet with the insects chirp, represent “The Pine Soughing in the Wind at Liren” of the Yuejing 8 sceneries.
Pine trees are soughing like the sound of Tsunami at the east of the Bridge.
At the dark night in autumns, even the Moon can feel the power of pine souging.
The waving and soughing pine trees stand in the wind.
If you listen carefully, you can also feel its power and openness.
