月津港為鄰近倒風內海之昔時重要港口，其別名鹽水港乃因鹹度較高而得名，因此藉著這個史地紋理所延伸出的想像，而產生作品〈Sea Move#River〉。回憶時刻的時間感較現下的時光都遲緩，在月色之間海浪緩緩刻刻地稀釋，在有如時間鐘擺的光點晃動之際，川流而來的海水於此形成時間之河。

 Because the Yuejing Port is near the inner sea area, it was very important in the past. Yuejing Port is also called Yenshui Port because of the high salinity. With the image of this historic place, the artist creates this work 〈Sea Move#River〉. When recalling the past memory, we will find that the time goes by slower. The sea waves dilute the time under the moonlight. When the light swings like the pendulum, all water flows here and forms the time of river.
