創作團隊的靈感，來自將鹽水蜂炮與水月的意象相結合。月津八景之「興隆水月」詩云：「月轉興隆夜倍瑩，波心添出一輪明。」團隊於是利用銀色鐳射反光絲與LED燈兩種材料，組構於30個塑料圓環上，創作出銀色的花冠，彷若元宵的滿月。

銀色反光絲波光閃閃，在河面上映出一圈圈像是漣漪的銀色倒影。金色LED燈閃動跳躍，如螢火浮動水面，亦如蜂炮輕躍其間。有別於蜂炮總如躍動脫兔的印象，藝術家希望創造出一幅靜中有動、動不擾靜的作品。

The creation team is inspired to combine the images of Yenshui’s beehive firecrackers and water moon. As described in the poem of “Xinglung Water Moon” of one of the eight sceneries of Yuejing, “In the night of full moon, the moon reflects on the water of Xinglung Bridge” The team thus uses two materials, silver laser reflective silk strap and LED light to compose the silver flower crown with 30 plastic rings, presenting the full moon on the day of Lantern Festival. 

The shiny silver reflective silk strap reflects on the river surface and looks like the silver reflection of ripples. The shining and glory golden LED light on the flowing water surface looks like the running beehive firecrackers. Unlike the dynamic image of beehive firecrackers as a hopping rabbit, the artists would like to create a piece of artwork with both dynamic and static images.
