月津港為古港口，藝術家在此特設置一個《光肌碼頭》，讓民眾可以回味港口意象。有霓虹燈裝飾的
碼頭站牌照亮夜晚的水岸，一旁的候船座椅裝置提供民眾情境式的互動參與，同時也供休憩用途。

"Luminous Port," with the images of stop signs and seats, reminds visitors of the glorious history of Yuejin river. The neon signs along the river create beautiful beaming reflections on the water. The seats, served as places for visitors to take a rest, are actually interactive devices.
