月津港因海水流通水質具有鹽味，地方流傳一段趣味傳說，當時為了跟相鄰地區競爭成為要地，透過各  自取相樣水量，比較其重量來決定，鹽水的水因具有鹽份而獲勝。作品以鹽為元素， 透過鹽結晶的方式 自由生長組合成為一個結晶體。

Due to the current, the water quality at Yuejin Harbor has been always containing more salt than other areas. According to the legend, Yuejin Harbor become the strategic base because the residents decided to compare the weight of the same amount of water from various areas to select which port became the one. Due to the saline, the water from Yuejin was heavier than the water from the rest of areas and it made Yuejin win the competition. Thus, salt was one of the most representative symbol of Yuejin Harbor and it also became the inspiration of the artwork which used the structure of salt crystal to present a complex space, allowing audience to interact with the work.
