「韶光」意味著美好的時光。此件作品以其為名，連結過去歷史與現在、未來的美好時光，以帆船的意象進行裝置的抽象性概念發想。在水域中開出一朵盛開的花，如同揚帆的冒險精神，把過去的歷史記憶轉化為光影流變的繁華之地。「帆花」取「繁華」之諧音，以另一種方式承襲鹽水的風華絕代，並祝福月津港生生不息、持續繁榮。

"Shao-guang" means a good time.
