兼具創作與藝術策劃豐富經驗的東海大學美術學系副教授張惠蘭為首，帶領由美術系所孵育的藝術創作新星；擅長平面繪畫的黃姿瑜、及擁有公共藝術與立體創作經驗包含2019年月津港燈節「陪你去看流星雨」計畫的張程鈞、張文堅、林煜崚，成員藉由繪畫、金屬、陶藝、複合媒材與裝置作為創作媒介，讓本計畫在街區巷弄中，透過群眾參與逐漸形成場域特定藝術。
