「月轉興隆夜倍瑩，波心添出一輪明」，月津港自古以來緩緩淌流水道，即使鹽水如今街景物換星移，也共享著同樣的自然之風與河流。在這件作品中，藝術家利用流動不止 的波浮水面，回應古月津八景之—「興榮水月」溪水粼粼與明月相襯的意象，看不見但也許仍存在著的嚮往，穿越古今。 作品水動裝置的動力，來自保麗龍板在水面上與風吹下波動的浪，使其上的螢光圓面可以上下往復運動，製造模糊、虛化的月影與光體的運動連結。

"The moon turns into a prosperous night and the waves add a round of moon." Although the slowly flowing waterways and streets-capes of Yuejin Port have changed over time, they still share the same natural winds and river systems. This scenery forms the inspiration for the artist, as well as the poerty of the Yuejin Eight Views - Xingrong Shuiyue. The artwork is a hydrodynamic device. Circular shapes cut from fluorescent acrylic float on the water. Beneath the shapes, styrofoam balls draw power from the movement of tidal waters. The artwork reciprocates the movement of the water, up and down, creating a blurred image of moon floating.
