水月橋是月津港上重要的橋梁之一。立於此橋上，回望鹽水老街方向，可見到此河蜿蜒場景，兩岸之樹搖曳，伴隨釣魚人家。另一面河畔則有一座三合院，與大樹構成一幅恬適生活風情畫。而此河雖然不寬，最終仍是通向大海的。藝術家發揮想像力，從掉落在月津港水面上的月作為故事的起點， 設置一個巨大的月亮，並讓它在水中緩慢的轉動。月亮的照明則受潮汐的影響而改變，間接的將海上資訊帶入月津港現場，打造隨著環境呼吸的光。

Shuiyue Bridge is one of the most important bridges in Yuejin Port. Standing on the bridge, looking back in the direction of the old salt water street, you can witness scenes from the river, trees gently swaying on the riverbank, accompanied by fishing people going about their work. On the other side of the river, there is a old courtyard house, with great old trees looming above, forming a beautiful living scene. Although the river is not wide, it still leads to the sea. The artist uses his imagination to set a huge moon falling onto the water of  Yuejin Port that slowly rotates in the current. The illumination of the moon is changed by the influence of the tide to create a light that breathes with the environment.
