木製平台，搭設許多色環保再利用材質製作而成大大小小的花朵。結合其他含苞待放、亦或是燦爛盛開的花朵及金屬花梗，營造拱橋旁的美麗風景，並帶出臺南鹽水豐厚的歷史人文背景與月津港周邊的優質環境。
本作品由正修科技大學時尚生活創意設計系蘇小夢老師帶領學生全程參與。
