Long, long time ago, boats were traveling on the sea and rivers in Asia. In the ancient time, people relied on the position of stars for sea navigation and nowadays, lighthouses are heavily depended. It is more like the life of people and we are always guided by the light. This artwork reflects one of the “Eight Sceneries in Yuejin”—“Moon Pond and Frog Drum” that describes the noisy ribbit sounds of frogs in the early mornings.
