一座有河流經過的城鎮是能生生不息的，鹽水正是如此幸運的小鎮。人們還可以抽象詮釋這條河，宛如創造心靈上的支流。藝術家即在月津港邊以光的元素打造一道從天而降的蜿蜒小溪，代表對於歷史詩意的美好憧憬。這道小溪運用LED流星燈製造水往上流的視覺，並利用消點透式手法創造由近而遠、最後流向天際的光之溪流，希望帶給觀者童話般的想像。

A town with a running river is dynamic and sustainable and fortunately, that is the description of Yanshuei. The river also gives the optimal psychological support to people with the abstract description. On the side of Twist Bridge, the artist attempts to use lighting element to create the winding river. This is an imaginary river presenting the good memories in the history.

On this creek, the artist uses LED shooting star lamps to give the visual feeling of upstream running water and the of disappearance and transmission perspectives, the distance of creek from near to far is made to finally lead to the sky. The artist attempts to shape this fantastic installation with surrealism with the aim to give the fairy tale like imagination to the audience.
