作品呈雲朵狀，由鐵絲網摺凹而成，一朵一朵的雲懸掛於橋南老街前、興隆橋的周邊河面，讓民眾一進入此展區時就像處在雲霧與光影中，象徵鹽水的「興隆光景」。此作品白天及夜晚有不同的樣貌。白天透過日光折射呈現鐵絲金屬的質感，夜晚時則透過燈光將鐵絲網影打在水面，讓水面上也漂浮著雲朵。在元宵前後滿月之際行過此橋，彷彿「撥雲見月」。

The artwork shows the shape of clouds formed with wire hung around Qiaonan Old Street and Xing Lung Bridge. When visitors arrive at this special exhibition area, they will find themselves in the middle of clouds and lighting that represent the “prosperity of Xing Lung” like that on the “Scroll.”

This artwork gives visitors different looks at day and night time. At the day time, through sun ray reflection, the material feeling of metal wire is well presented. At night time, through lighting, the reflection of wire mesh can be seen on the water surface that gives the visitors the clouds on the water. When crossing over the bridge during the full moon, visitors can spot the scene of the bright sky after walking through the clouds.
