月津港曾走過時代風華，如今的恬靜，伴著港邊的老榕樹與四合院。岸邊水波蕩漾、楊柳拂面之美景，是鹽水居民的無價之寶，沿水岸的動線是人們河邊散步與悠哉運動的好所在。在鹽水急水溪流域上最新穎的自行車道橋中，藝術家利用此橋特有的造型，創作出一座「光之隧道」，營造亦古亦今、虛實夢幻的浪漫意境。

Once impacted by the river sediment, Yuejin Port of Yanshuei has now been restored after the efforts in recent years. Now visitors are able to enjoy the beautiful waterfront scene along the river. It is also the ideal site for walking and biking for local residents and visitors. On the newest bike lane bridge, artists create a lighting bridge over Jishui River basin of Yanshuei.
