去年曾造訪月津港燈節的國際藝術家崔正化，驚豔於鹽水自然美景與在地庶民生活。藝術就在生活中是他的創作精神，日常物件的尼龍緞帶在他的巧思下，沿著曲橋線條鋪蓋湖面，化為虹流，迎接新年。

When international artist Choi Jeong Hwa visited Yuejin Lantern Festival last year, he was amazed by the beautiful nature and local life of Yanshuei. He believes art is in our life. He turns ordinary nylon satin ribbons into a rainbow waterfall by tying them to the bridge and letting them cover the lake to welcome the new year.
