「小綠人」交通號誌燈是具有台灣創新特色的動態燈號，引用為「向前行」的符號。藉由小綠人與民眾互動，提醒民眾駐足欣賞月津港景色，再繼續向前行。基座設有感應器，當民眾坐在基座上，原本行進的小綠人就會坐下沉思，增添觀賞趣味。

“Little Green Man” is an innovative dynamic traffic sign from Taiwan; it’s also a symbol of “moving forward.” The interaction between the little green man and visitors is used to remind them to stop and enjoy the view of Yuejin Harbor before moving forward. A sensor is installed within the bench: when visitors sit on the bench, the walking little green man will also sit down and meditate. It adds more fun to the experience.
