首先，透過空間型態的流暢與自由性來反映著月津港蜿蜒的河道，以及水面上波光粼粼的效果，將水面以及水流動的特性反映在空間創作上，讓民眾在空間中也能感受到月津港河道的特殊景致。

The art piece ‘Luna Flow’ is trying to shape the interaction of sparkling moonshine and water fluid. The ‘Luna Flow’ forms like a flowing river to imitate the image of the Yuejin Harbor. As the brilliant moonshine go through the structure, the shadows also echo to the bright with unfettered posture. Using woods to present the water’s soft spirit are able to show the transcription between space and atmosphere.
