傳說中月津港有一種鳥，叫「藍底帕斯鳥」，它全身湛藍，擁有夜晚會發光的羽毛。
很少人看過它們，它們會在秋天過後成群飛往馬祖附近大小島嶼聚集，覓食製造馬祖藍眼淚的藍色介形蟲或是渦鞭毛藻，所以他們和藍眼淚一樣，受到身上大量覓食夜光藻的關係，可以發出像冷光二極體般的藍色光芒；但他們駐足停留在樹上的時間非常罕見稀少，只有搭配在每年元宵節前後潮汐變換時的月光照耀，才能顯露出它們身上迷人又神祕的湛藍色螢光。 
 

In popular legend there is a bird called "Landipas Fly" in YunJin port, it have blue body with feathers only glow in night.
Few people saw them, they will land down in their horde nearby Matsu islands to get together after Autumn. They hunt for blue Ostracods or dinoflagellates as well as Matsu Blue Tears. Landipas Fly is similar to Blue Tears, for the reason of a great quantity of Noctiluca scintillans, they shine with brilliant blue light as Light Emitting Diode. But they linger and stay on the tree very short time, only with the moonlight and tidewater nearby the annual Lantern Festival, in order to reveal their fascinating and mysterious fluorescent blue color.
