利用搭設在水面上的木製平台，種植許多色環保再利用材質製作而成大大小小的花朵。以荷花為主軸，結合其他含苞待放、亦或是燦爛盛開的其他花種，營造拱橋旁的美麗風景，並帶出臺南鹽水豐厚的歷史人文背景與月津港周邊的優質環境。本作品由正修科技大學時尚生活創意設計系蘇小夢老師帶領學生全程參與。

Using recycling material to make flowers on the wooden pedestal. With the main theme – lotus – integrating into other budding and blooming flowers to develop an arch bridge view. Let people discover the historical and beautiful scenery.
