本作品以月津八景中赤兔望月為出發，赤兔在古時為名駒的代稱，以街道家具設計出發，透過中國傳統過年喜慶剪紙的技巧，將其放大並在上面彩繪花朵符號，製造一種過年歡樂百花綻放的視覺效果，將傳統月津八景再製造出另外一種詮釋，再創新生命。

The concept of this piece came from “Scarlet Rabbit Gazing the Moon” from “Eight Scenes of Yue-Jin.”Scarlet Rabbit is the aliases of horses in ancient times. Starting with the design of street furniture, by enlarging the traditional cutting paper skills from Chinese custom for New Year, adding floral patterns to bring out the atmosphere of joy of New Year time and make a new way of interpretation of Eight Scenes of Yuejin, which brings new lives.
