「津光水上漂」像是打水漂般地，在月津港面輕輕地劃出一道奇想的路徑，由岸邊朝著中心前進，藉著筆直的五個同心圓向下溢出的光暈，從內而外緩緩擴散，一圈、一圈地在水面上落下光的漣漪。
